Clinical Program & Product Development
What does this actually mean?
“Program/Product Development” means different things to different people. I’m a builder, so for me, it means developing or improving clinical programs and services (e.g. group therapy, intake assessment & client experience, coaching, etc.) and building clinical products that improve the patient experience, provider satisfaction, and treatment efficacy.
I utilize evidence-based approaches drawn from implementation science to ensure clinical quality, feasibility, and scalability are at the heart of my work. I have experience developing and managing large scale federally funded programs in non-profit settings, and also creating clinical products in start ups.
Prior Work Examples
-
Client <> Clinician Matching Tool
Working on a cross-functional team, I aided in the development of a clinician facing tool that matched new clients to their optimal therapist. As the clinical project lead, I provided clinical insight and recommendations, built content, and provided user training for all staff. This both improved access for clients, streamlined clinician workflows, and allowed the business to scale significantly.
-
Launching Clinical Service Lines (e.g. Group Therapy, Coaching, Intake/Assessment)
With service line development, I have experience both building from scratch, and also iterating and improving existing clinical programs. I designed, launched, and scaled a group therapy program from the ground up including; content development, outcome measurement, supply strategy, training & onboarding staff, client experience and acquisition, etc. I have also helped to scale and refine an existing intake program from 5 to 50+ staff while exceeding KPI’s and company goals.

Building a DEI Program
Co-designed, launched, and scaled an in-house Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Program. The program involved providing internal advocacy for DEI issues, organizing and implementing large scale company wide DEI initiatives and events, and acting as an advising taskforce to company Orgs on how to increase awareness of DEI issues.
