Designed structured, standardized individual therapy protocol to serve as an adjunct to a digital therapeutic. Provided training & onboarding to clinical staff, monitoring of clinical outcomes, and strategies for ensuring fidelity to the model.

Designed, implemented, iterated upon, and scaled a multi-day training program for clinicians providing intake and assessment services. Developed a train-the-trainer model, comprehensive materials, guides, and Standard Operating Procedure documents to ensure program quality and reduce drift.

Developed clinical content for social media posts including DEI, coping with stress, explaining psychotherapy, and more. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve clinical language in marketing materials and website copy.
